2-3lb chuck roast
16 oz Pepsi
Can of mushroom soup
Packet of onion soup mix
2-3 cut up mushrooms
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then pour over chuck roast. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
INGREDIENTS 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese 2 (1 oz) packets dry Ranch seasoning 8 oz bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS In a slow cooker combine place chicken, cream cheese, and Ranch seasoning. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until chicken shreds easily. Once chicken shreds stir with a large fork or spoon, so the chicken shreds and all the ingredients combine. Add in crumbled bacon and stir to incorporate. Serve warm.
Ingredients : 3 boxes Mrs T’s classic cheddar mini pierogies 4 cups chicken broth 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 pound kielbasa, sliced Salt & pepper to taste
Directions: In a saucepan, warm the chicken broth and cream cheese together until the cream cheese has melted. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on high 3 – 4 hours until most of the liquid is absorbed. Or on low 6 – 7 hours. This is a very thick and rich dish. We love to add some fresh vegetables to this dish to make it a bit more complete. Broccoli or snap peas work very nice. I have even had a few reviewers say they added sour kraut too. There are so many different flavors of frozen pierogies on the market today, you could mix any flavor combination to add a little something extra to this dish. Substituting cooked bacon for the kielbasa is also a family favorite. Serve and enjoy!
Ham Casserole (crock pot style)
2 cups of ham 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can of milk 1 small onion 2 cups macaroni 2 cups sharp cheese Make sure your macaroni is cooked, throw it all in the crock pot on low. I leave it in all day and have never had an issue.
Ingredients : 4-bone-in pork chops (2lbs), 1-small can of Cream of Mushroom (can substitute with Cream of Chicken) soup, 1 packet (8oz) Ranch dressing and seasoning mix, tad bit of milk
Directions: Mix all ingredients in crock pot on low (6-8 hours) Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
